Lyon eliminate PSG

Lyon fought back from a goal down at Paris St Germain to win 3-1 and reach the semi-finals of the Coupe de France.

PSG, who are two points clear at the top of the Ligue 1 standings, took a 19th-minute lead through Nene but Lyon were ahead by the break thanks to goals from Kim Kallstrom and Lisandro Lopez.

Bafetimbi Gomis then sealed Lyon's win with a last-minute penalty as PSG, who won the competition in 2010 before finishing runners-up to Lille last year, tumbled out.

Joining Lyon and third-division Quevilly, who stunned Marseille on Tuesday night, in the last four are GFCO Ajaccio and Rennes.

Third-division GFCO Ajaccio matched Quevilly's upset victory with a 1-0 win over Ligue 1 title hopefuls Montpellier, with Yohan Bocognano netting the only goal 15 minutes from time.

Rennes, meanwhile, beat ten-man Valenciennes 3-1 away from home.

The visitors saw the 12th-minute lead given them by Jonathan Pitroipa wiped out by Mamadou Samassa's 32nd-minute equaliser, but Valenciennes then lost Foued Kadir to a red card three minutes before the break.

Rennes made the most of their man advantage to re-take the lead through John Boye in the 53rd minute and Youssouf Hadji sealed their progression three minutes from time.
