Zinedine Zidane names son Luca in Real Madrid's UEFA Super Cup squad

Real Madrid's 20-man squad for the European Super Cup final against Sevilla includes Zinedine Zidane's son Luca.

The 18-year-old goalkeeper is named in place of the injured Keylor Navas, but Kiko Casilla is likely to start.

Another of Zidane's sons, Enzo, featured during preseason as Real lost 3-1 to Paris Saint-Germain in the International Champions Cup.

Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, Pepe and Toni Kroos are notable absentees. Bale, Pepe and Kroos are omitted after returning later than the rest of the squad due to participating in European Championship, while Ronaldo is recovering from an injury picked up while playing for Portugal in the Euro 2016 final against France.

The squad, which will have to be cut to 18 players, features new signing Alvaro Morata who will challenge Karim Benzema for a place in attack.

Real face Europa League winners Sevilla at the Lerkendal Stadium in Trondheim, Norway on Tuesday evening.

Full Real Madrid squad: Casilla, Yanez and Luca; Carvajal, Ramos, Varane, Nacho, Danilo and Marcelo; James, Casemiro, Kovacic, Modric, Isco, Asensio and M. Llorente; Benzema, Lucas Vazquez, Morata and Mariano.
