The January transfer window might seem like a distant memory, but that doesn't mean the rumour mill has shut down! Speculation over summer moves is heating up, so check out the latest gossip below, and see all official deals here.
TOP STORY: Rice inquiring about Man United
Declan Rice has spoken to England teammates Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw about Manchester United ahead of a possible switch from West Ham in the summer, according to the Manchester Evening News.
Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson and striker Marcus Rashford were also part of the most recent England setup, but the 22-year-old Rice reportedly spoke specifically to Maguire and Shaw about the club.
The defensive midfielder has been on United's radar for over two years as they search for a young holding midfielder to bolster their ranks. Additionally, with midfielder Jesse Lingard impressing on loan at West Ham, the Red Devils' bargaining power is even further enhanced and could be included in any deal.
Rice still has three years left on his contract, and should West Ham manage to qualify for the Champions League going into next season, the Hammers might be able to price Ole Gunnar Solskjaer out of a move.
Since bursting onto the scene in 2017, Rice's stock has only risen, with manager David Moyes claiming he could return a fee of over £100 million.
Former Chelsea boss Frank Lampard was also an admirer of the England international, making attempts to sign Rice last year. The Blues released Rice at 14 years old before he moved to West Ham's academy.

21.54 BST: Atalanta's Josip Ilicic has fallen out with Gian Piero Gasperini at Atalanta and that could be AC Milan's gain.
According to Corriere della Sera, Milan will land he Slovenian attacker -- if and only if they secure Champions League football for next season. Milan are currently second but sit just two points ahead of Ilicic's Atalanta who are in fourh and four points ahead of fifth-place Napoli.
Ilicic, 33, has played in Serie A since 2010 with Palermo, Fiorentina, and Atalanta, scoring 118 goals and laying on 73 assists during that timeframe.
21.10 BST: Inter remain he favourites to land Udinese midfielder and Liverpool target Rodrigo De Paul, but there us also Napoli.
Udinese's vice president , Stefano Campoccia, revealed Napoli's interest on Radio Marte : " President Aurelio De Laurentiis asked us for De Paul , but he must understand that he is an expensive player."
Udinese reportedly want between €35-40 million for the Argentine, who is under contract through 2024. De Paul, 26, has six goals and six assists this season for Udinese and is versatile enough to play in a variety of midfield roles.
20.17 BST: Arsenal have convinced Folarin Balogun to stay but could that spell the end of Eddie Nketiah at the Emirates?
The Evening Standard speculates that this move could leave Nketiah the odd man out at Arsenal, with West Ham keen on signing the 21-year-old. Nketiah has one year remaining on his contract with the Gunners and has already voiced his frustration with his lack of playing time under Mikel Arteta.
"It's been a difficult last month or so. I haven't played as much as I would have liked.
"I have been working hard and being dedicated, which adds to the frustration, but I have a great opportunity in front of me."
The record goalscorer for England at the Under-21 level, Nketiah has scored 12 goals in 61 career appearances for Arsenal. West Ham's interest makes sense, as the Hammers are expected to add a striker after selling Sebastian Haller in January, and subsequently having a bid for Sevilla's Youssef En-Nesyri rejected.
19.20 BST: Marcelo Bielsa has denied recent reports from Argentine publication La Nacion that he is nearing a contract extension with Leeds.
"That information is not real," Bielsa told reporters ahead of Leeds' Premier League meeting with Liverpool on Monday night. "I ignore the origin.
"Those things, either the club can say or I can say it, we are the ones who possess the information.
"In all cases, if there was any information to give, then I would give it."
Bielsa has just two months left on his deal at Elland Road, and despite Leeds being keen to keep him, you just never know with El Loco.
18.33 BST: FC Cincinnati turned heads this offseason when they beat out a handful of European clubs for highly-touted Brazilian striker Brenner.
While the MLS have made inroads in Argentina in recent seasons, Brenner was the first Brazilian of his age and talent profile to choose the league. Will that open up a pipeline for MLS clubs in the future?
"It opens so many doors. After my transfer happened, more conversations started in Brazil about other players doing the same thing," Brenner told media through a translator on a virtual press conference Wednesday. "After this, in Brazil they started to pay more attention to MLS. It's a good opportunity, it's great for everyone involved.
"So many people thought I was going to follow that route to Europe, but I'm very happy with the decision I made," Brenner said. "When they presented the project to me, I enjoyed it. I'm just excited to get started, follow that different route."
Brenner, 21, was signed by Cincinnati from Sao Paulo for $13 million, the third-highest transfer fee ever paid by an MLS club.
17.51 BST: Borussia Dortmund's defence has been their undoing this season so expect the club to address that weakness this summer.
Kicker claims that the club have identified Wolfsburg centre-back Maxence Lacroix as a target, and are willing to pay €30 million for the Frenchman. The 21-year-old has been a key cog in a Wolfsburg defence that has kept 14 clean sheets in 28 games and conceded the second-fewest goals in the Bundesliga this season (26).
17.00 BST: Bayern Munich clearly have some issues to sort out.
16.12 BST: Portuguese outlet TVI24 reckons that Wolves are ready to swoop in and sign Carlos Vinicius from Benfica.
Vinicius, 26, is on loan at Tottenham but the club aren't expected to take up the €40m option to sign him permanently at the end of the season.
Instead, Wolves are ready to lay €30m down to get a backup to Raul Jimenez once he recovers from his serious head injury. And full-back Ruben Vinagre could be added to the deal too.
15.31 BST: Sassuolo midfielder Manuel Locatelli has been linked with Juventus and Manchester City, and the 23-year-old insists a move abroad could be an option.
"I don't know if this will be my last year here or what the future holds for me," Locatelli told Corriere dello Sport. "When, and if, there are opportunities, we will evaluate them all together.
"Playing abroad is an option for me and at the moment I'm not excluding anything. It's part of my job and it means that I have raised my level. Certain certificates of esteem and interest from big clubs increase my motivations and make me understand I'm on the right track."
14.43 BST: Liverpool will target a move for Luis Suarez if Mohamed Salah leaves, says Deportes Cuatro.
Suarez, 34, left Barcelona for Atletico Madrid last summer and has netted 19 goals in 26 La Liga games this season. The Uruguay striker played for Liverpool from 2011-2014 and would be welcomed back at Anfield with open arms, though clearly wouldn't be a long-term solution to replacing Salah.
Salah has been consistently linked with a move to Real Madrid and Barcelona, but the Egyptian has two years left on his contract and isn't likely to depart yet.
14.02 BST: Arsenal will have a decision to make over midfield duo Martin Odegaard and Dani Ceballos this summer.
13.09 BST: Chelsea have been trying to move on Italy left-back Emerson Palmieri for some time now.
Calciomercato reports the Blues are keen to swap the 26-year-old for Juventus' Alex Sandro, who is 30.
12.35 BST: Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira has already said he wants to move to Argentine giants Boca Juniors this summer, but he's reiterated the request again.
Torreira, 25, has been on loan at Atletico Madrid this season but the Uruguay international wants a loan move to Boca, given the club can't afford to sign him permanently.
"I've always thought about it, I've always longed for it. My idea is very clear, the decision I want to make," he told ESPN's Federico Bulos. "I want to be close to my family, especially to accompany my dad, who is suffering the most because of my mum's death.
"It's been two seasons here in Europe and I'm not having a very good time. I always try to keep a smile on my face, they think everything is fine but it's not like that. I hope the opportunity will come but I know it's not easy. I'm an Arsenal player and the clubs will have to agree on a one-year loan. A buyout would be difficult for Boca.
"I would like to do it now, at the age of 25. If not, it will be at a later date."
12.03 BST: Barcelona aren't flush with cash this summer but have reportedly made contact over the signing of RB Leipzig midfielder Dani Olmo, says Sport.
Olmo, 22, left Barca's academy in 2014 to move to Dinamo Zagreb and his eight goals and 11 assists for Leipzig this season have seen his old club show their interest.
The Spain international has a reported €80m release clause in his contract, but Barca would hope that he declares a desire to return to Camp Nou in order to lower the transfer fee.
11.23 BST: BT in Denmark claims that Manchester United want to sign Fulham defender Joachim Andersen.
Andersen, 24, is on loan at Craven Cottage from Lyon and his performances have seen plenty of clubs take note. The centre-back has a contract with Lyon until 2024 but his future at the French club looks uncertain and he could move on this summer.
BT adds that the player is enjoying playing for Fulham and would be happy to stay if they avoid relegation at the end of the season.

10.06 BST: RB Leipzig's Julian Nagelsmann has rejected rumours of him taking over the coaching job at Bayern Munich.
Sky Sports reported the 33-year-old coach is the top candidate to replace Hansi Flick, should he leave for the Germany national team role.
"There have been no talks and we are currently in no talks," Nagelsmann told a news conference on Wednesday ahead of Leipzig's Bundesliga match against TSG Hoffenheim. "The country needs new sources. I don't know where he got his info from.
"It's not like they [his agents] are acting autocratically. They do things I ask them to. And thus, there were no talks."
09.17 BST: Manchester United are prepared to pay €70m to acquire Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane this summer, according to Sport.
Varane has been a target of United for some time and is the main candidate to strengthen their defence in the upcoming transfer window. The French centre-back, who is in his 10th season with Los Blancos, has a contract with the Spanish giants until June 2022.
Varane, 27, has not signed a contract extension and reportedly wants to leave the club for a new experience, preferably in the Premier League. Real Madrid know Varane's intention is to listen to offers at the end of the season but are still hopeful of convincing the France international to remain at the club beyond his current deal.
However, if Varane finally decides to leave the club, Madrid are prepared to listen to offers, instead of allowing him to leave as a free agent next year. PSG are also in contention for his signature.
08.56 BST: Barcelona are in the market to sign a left-footed centre-back this summer, El Mundo Deportivo reports.
The Catalan outfit are expected to let French defender Samuel Umtiti depart at the end of the season and to go in search of a centre-back that has a strong left foot. Of the current defenders that Barca have in their squad, only Clement Lenglet is left-footed.
Among those that Barca are monitoring are AC Milan's Alessio Romagnoli and Argentinian players Lisandro Martinez (Ajax) and Marcos Senesi (Feyenoord), both 23. AC Milan captain Romagnoli is the preferred choice and becomes a free agent in 2022, having not yet signed a contract extension with the Rossoneri.
08.30 BST: Paris Saint-Germain are putting pressure on Kylian Mbappe's entourage for the player to sign a minimum two-year contract extension, according to AS.
The France international has not yet taken a decision regarding his future but PSG want to accelerate negotiations to reach an agreement to extend his stay beyond his current contract, which expires in 2022.
Mbappe is thought to want to play outside of France next season -- with Real Madrid and Liverpool keen -- but the sporting achievements of PSG, with the team having qualified for the semifinals of the Champions League, could convince the 22-year-old to be more involved in the club's long-term project.
PSG want Mbappe to remain at the club until at least the 2024 World Cup. The French giants are hopeful the new contract they offer Mbappe will be beyond anything the majority of European clubs can provide. The last offer PSG reportedly made to Mbappe is €30m gross per season, €5m more than what he currently earns.

- Barcelona are hopeful of sealing a deal for Manchester City defender Eric Garcia by the end of the month, reports Spanish outlet Sport. The report claims Barca are confident of reaching an agreement with the 20-year-old, who is out of contract this summer. Garcia wants to return to Camp Nou following his departure for City back in 2017.
- Juventus are looking to re-sign forward Moise Kean -- currently on loan at Paris Saint-Germain -- from Everton
- Internazionale are looking to bolster their defence this summer and might turn to former academy graduate Zinho Vanheusden. Calciomercato reports that the Serie A leaders are looking for reinforcements in that area with Andrea Ranocchia and Aleksandar Kolarov likely to leave and the 21-year-old Standard Liege centre-back is on the agenda.
- Bayern Munich are confident they can land Erling Haaland next summer if the striker stays at Borussia Dortmund. The Daily Mail reports that Bayern believe they can win the race if the 20-year-old stays this year due to his release clause of €75m in 2022. It is a move that could be made as a long-term replacement for 33-year-old Robert Lewandowski. However, the German outfit face competition from suitors across the world, with offers in excess of €120m expected to be made.
- Barcelona are in talks with Sergio Aguero's agent about a possible move to Spain, according to Fabrizio Romano. The 32-year-old striker is set to leave Manchester City once his contract expires this summer following 10 trophy-filled years at the club. Barcelona are looking at him as a striking option due to a lack of depth up front after letting Luis Suarez leave for Atletico Madrid last summer. Currently, Martin Braithwaite, Antoine Griezmann and Lionel Messi are their talented -- but limited -- options in that role.
