Manchester United are preparing a £70 million bid to land long-term target Jack Grealish from Aston Villa, reports the Mirror.

22.39 GMT: We've had Man United links with seemingly everyone under the sun today so how about one more for the road?
Reports in Spain have linked oft-linked German midfielder Toni Kroos with a move to Old Trafford but the Red Devils will face stiff competition -- if Kroos even leaves Real Madrid that is. The Manchester Evening News, citing a report from Spanish paper Diario Madridista, understand that United, PSG and Bayer Munich are all queuing up in case the German pushes for an exit.
Kroos is reportedly happy in Spain overall, but was reportedly tiffed to be left out of Madrid's recent Champions League first leg with Man City. This has led to speculation Kroos could seek an exit if things don't go right the rest of the season. Kroos reportedly has a £435 million release clause, while United have been linked with younger -- and cheaper -- options such as 16-year-old Jude Bellingham of Birmingham City and Borussia Monchengladbach's Dennis Zakaria (23) in recent days.
This one seems unlikely but then again, Kroos has been a player that Man United board has coveted for some time now.
21.53 GMT: Willian is set to be a free transfer this summer but while he has mostly been linked with a move to Barcelona, three other surprising clubs could be in the mix.
Chelsea's London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham, and Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich, are the three clubs we are referring to, with The Telegraph writing all three have interest in the veteran winger. The 31-year-old has been vocal about how much he loves London but after 300+ appearances with the Blues, would Willian dare to put on an Arsenal or Tottenham shirt? That wouldn't go over well with the supporters...
21.05 GMT: Everton have a decision to make regarding the future of on-loan right-back Djibril Sidibe.
Everton have a £13 million purchase option on the 27-year-old Monaco man, who has had an up-and-down season at Goodison Park. In an interview with RMC Sport, via The Liverpool Echo, the World Cup winner insisted he wants to stay in England.
"My aim is to play matches at a high intensity, which is what I have discovered in the Premier League.
"Concerning Everton, I have my position, I also know the coach's position (Carlo Ancelotti). I can't say, but on my side everything is green lit.
"The coach likes me, he has faith in me. Then there are things that will count that I do not have control over, Monaco's position, Everton's position.
Will Everton hold on to Sidibe or do they think they can find better for £13m? Stay tuned...
20.18 GMT: Chelsea's No. 1 item on their summer to-do list is a left-back, with Ben Chilwell reportedly their top target.
If the Blues are unable to pry Chilwell away from likely Champions League qualifiers Leicester, though, Porto's Alex Telles could be Plan B, according to Goal.com. The website understands that Chelsea could turn their attention to the £40 million-rated Brazilian, as the answer to their left-back woes.
Telles, whose contract is up in 2021, has been on the Blues' radar for years now and finally could be set to move to Stamford Bridge. The 27-year-old attacking-minded full-back has been a stalwart in Portugal since arriving from Galatasaray for €6.5m in 2016, totalling 21 goals and 52 assists in 183 matches for the Dragoes.
19.34 GMT: It is hard to know the level of truth to the Harry Kane to Man United rumours, but one this for sure, Spurs need a striker to either replace him or back him up.
One name that has been linked with Tottenham consistently of late is Fenerbahce and Kosovo forward Vedat Muriqi. The Kosovo international, 25, has 15 goals in 27 games this season and according to Turkish outlet Takvim, is on the wishlist of Jose Mourinho.
The striker signed with Fenerbahce from Caykur Rizespor for just €3.5 million last summer but is now being valued at upwards of €20m.
18.52 GMT: Arsenal could be set to double back for PSG's left-back Layvin Kurzawa, according to France Football.
Arsenal pursued the full-back in January but were rebuffed by PSG but that reportedly won't be the last discussion between the two sides. With Kurzawa's contract set to expire at the end of the season, the Gunners reportedly plan to circle back for Kurzawa, due to injury concerns over last summer's £25 million signing Kieran Tierney.
With Tierney hotly linked with a reunion with former Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers, don't be surprised if Kurzawa ends up at the Emirates this time around.
18.03 GMT: Are Wolves plotting a big-money move for a Real Madrid star?
Spanish outlet El Desmarque claims that Wolverhampton Wanderers are hoping to use their Jorge Mendes connections to make an audacious swoop to sign out-of-favour Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez. The 28-year-old Colombian has yet to fulfill his £63 million price tag in Spain but did find a manner of success the last two seasons on loan in Germany with Bayern Munich, tallying 15 goals and 20 assists in 67 games.
Rodriguez, who has played just seven times in La Liga this season, is rated at £71m, £39m more than the club shelled out for record signing Raul Jimenez last summer.
17.27 GMT: Man United, PSG set to battle for Dortmund playmaker Jadon Sancho? How Erling Haaland nearly ended up at... Everton. Mass exit ahead for Wolves this summer?

16.41 GMT: Everton lead the race for Man City youngster Tosin Adarabioyo but face competition from six other English clubs, according to a report in 90min.
The 22-year-old centre-back is currently on loan at Blackburn Rovers and only has one more year left on his current deal at the Etihad. City are expected to allow Adarabioyo to leave if a club meets the initial £20 million asking price, but are also expected to add a buy-back clause.
Premier League sides Burnley, Newcastle, Leicester, Newcastle, Wolves and Southampton are also interested in the defender, according to the report, while Premier League hopefuls Leeds are also understood to be keen.
16.00 GMT: Manchester United's interest in Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly is nothing new, but Arena Napoli reports that the club are readying themselves for a big bid.
Koulibaly, 28, is one of the top defenders in world football and would cost upwards of €80m, with United seemingly happy to pay such a fee to land the Senegal international.
14.52 GMT: Borussia Dortmund full-back Achraf Hakimi has told Telefoot that will return to Real Madrid from his loan spell in the summer if Los Blancos want.
Hakimi has been on loan at Dortmund for the past two seasons, with the club keen to buy him permanently. Bayern Munich have also been linked, but the 21-year-old will remain loyal to his parent club if needed.
"Real Madrid are the club I call home," he said. "I've really enjoyed myself there and played lots of games there. If Madrid want me to go back, I'll go back. And if not, I'll have to write the next chapter at another great club."
13.40 GMT: Borussia Dortmund landed Erling Haaland for just €20m in January and reports suggest he has a release clause of around €70-75m.
As a result, plenty of top European clubs are circling already but the 19-year striker (who has 12 goals in 10 games so far) told France Football: "I have just arrived. I am very happy here. I want to achieve many things. I am only concentrating on that. The stadium here gives me goosebumps, and I feel well-surrounded here."
Asked where he will be in 10 years (like any of us actually know that), Haaland replied: "I have no idea. Of course I have dreams. But I have just arrived at Dortmund. I am very happy to be here. I want to enjoy every second, to do great things and think about nothing else."

12.12 GMT: Chelsea are swooping for young stars again.
The Daily Mail reports they have already agreed a move for 16-year-old Finnish starlet Jimi Tauriainen to join on a three-year deal from HJK Helsinki in the summer.
Tauriainen had trials at Juventus and Inter Milan but has evidently chosen to continue his career in England.
11.15 GMT: Liverpool have reportedly been following Anderlecht's Jeremy Doku for some time now, with Het Nieuwsblad saying that there has been plenty of interest in him.
Doku, 17, has scored three goals and provided four assists in the Jupiler Pro League this season and clubs from the Premier League and Bundesliga are keeping a close eye on his development.
Anderlecht want around €20m for the forward though, and it seems as if Liverpool will have some competition.
10.08 GMT: Ivan Rakitic's future remains a hot topic in the Catalan press.
It is widely accepted that the Croatian midfielder, whose contract expires in 2021, will leave Barcelona this summer. His destination, though, is less certain. It was reported last week that Atletico Madrid was his preferred destination but Juventus remain a strong contender, too.
TV3 claims Juve and Barça are in talks over a swap deal that would see Rakitic head to Turin and forward Douglas Costa move in the opposite direction.
09.40 GMT: Thomas Muller has yet to decide his future at Bayern Munich, reports Bild.
In excellent form this season, Muller, who is under contract at Bayern until 2021, is still waiting for contract talks amid reported interest from Premier League and Serie A clubs.
However, talks will not begin before the second leg of their Champions League meeting with Chelsea, and Bild reports the 30-year-old is not happy that Bayern have already opened them with goalkeeper Manuel Neuer, who also is under contract until 2021.
08.43 GMT: Welcome to the Manchester United transfer blog. Clearly, United's recent form means that they can now sign anyone they like, so another link has arisen for Borussia Monchengladbach defensive midfielder Denis Zakaria.
Zakaria, 23, is a Switzerland international and is being touted to move to Old Trafford by the Daily Star.
08.00 GMT: ICYMI - Manchester United have stepped up their bid to lure Jude Bellingham to Old Trafford after giving the Birmingham wonderkid a tour of Carrington, sources have told ESPN.
Bellingham, 16, who has made 32 appearances in the Championship this season, was at United's Carrington training base on Monday, accompanied by his parents.
Sources have told ESPN that Birmingham have given clubs at home and abroad permission to speak the midfielder ahead of a potential £30m move away from St Andrews at the end of the season.
United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer sees Bellingham as a first-team signing if they can secure his signature, but Borussia Dortmund are favourites to land him.

Man United keen on Spurs' Kane
In a busy night of gossip involving United, the Evening Standard reports that they've been alerted to the possibility of signing Harry Kane this summer. The Standard is suggesting that Red Devils chief executive Ed Woodward is keen to pit his wits against Spurs overlord Daniel Levy to make the deal happen.
Solskjaer is believed to be a big admirer of Kane and if the England striker is available, United will feel he is perfect to help take them forward.
Of course, United missed on Erling Haaland in the January transfer window and Woodward wants to make amends and land a marquee striker in the summer, and the Standard believes he will lock horns with Levy, a notoriously tricky customer to deal with in transfer dealings.
Kane is a long-term target of United's, but he will cost very much upwards of the £85m the club offered Spurs for Gareth Bale in 2013.
Juve targeting Valencia's Torres
Not content with topping Serie A, Juventus are making plans to strengthen for next season already and are targeting Valencia's creative maestro Ferran Torres.
That's according to Italian site Tuttosport, who suggest that the Bianconeri are looking to follow their recent signing of Dejan Kulusevski from Atalanta with Torres. The Spaniard has been in fine form, scoring five goals and contributing six assists.
Torres' contract ends in 2021, which means Valencia could be keen to negotiate a deal rather than lose him for free a year later.
Juve are also being linked with Fiorentina's Federico Chiesa and Brescia's Sandro Tonali, but Torres could present a more cost effective option.

- David Beckham is keen to hijack David Silva's proposed move to NYCFC in the summer and instead take him to Inter Miami. Silva, 34, is due to leave Manchester City at the end of the season and it would appear as though his next move will take him to MLS. It looked as though a move to New York was on the cards, but the Mirror believes that Beckham could pay Silva more in an attempt to land the marquee signing he craves.
- Kaio Jorge's form for Santos has seen Juventus earmark the Brazilian star as a potential target this summer. Striker Kaio scored for Santos against Hernan Crespo's Tamenda in the Copa Libertadores last week and further to reports linking the two parties this week, Calciomercato are reporting that Juve are planning on making a tangible bid. The deal could be tricky to complete, though, for Kaio's rights are part owned by agent Giuliano Bertolucci and part owned by Santos. One easier option, they believe, is a loan deal that could see the Peixe player head to Turin in return for £15m for the season.
