Nainggolan raises further doubts over Roma future with Instagram comment

Radja Nainggolan has added to speculation that he could leave Roma this summer with a comment on Kevin Strootman's Instagram post wishing Antonio Rudiger well at Chelsea.

Rudiger completed his move to Chelsea at the weekend and Strootman took to Instagram to bid the defender farewell, saying: "Good luck to my bro @toniruediger at his new club. I'm gonna miss our fights in the training sessions and our discussions in the dressing room. But especially we are gonna miss you on the pitch.

"PS I hope that this will be the last goodbye of this summer."

Roma have already lost Rudiger, Mohamed Salah, Mario Rui, Leandro Paredes, Wojciech Szczesny and Francesco Totti this summer and Nainggolan raised further doubts he could follow former Roma coach Luciano Spalletti to Inter Milan with his tongue-in-cheek reply to Strootman's post.

"@kevinstrootman I don't know," the Belgium international wrote, with Salah -- who joined Liverpool last month -- chipping in moments later by writing: "the time for Radja now."

Spalletti did not hide his admiration for the midfielder when speaking after his side's 2-1 friendly win against Wattens at the weekend.

"He's a great player and also a very different lad to how he is often depicted," he said at a news conference.

"I have a lot to say about him because he's given me a great deal, but our directors are dealing with the transfer market and they know what to do, and I trust them."

One other player tipped to leave Roma this summer is Kostas Manolas. A move to Zenit St Petersburg may have broken down, but his agent Ioannis Evangelopoulos says other clubs may still be interested in taking him.

"Inter could be a possibility, like many clubs could," he told TMW Radio. "Maybe Barcelona, maybe Real Madrid, maybe Juventus -- lots of names are being mentioned.

"Kostas is a Roma player and he has a contract for another two years."
