Man City's Joe Hart open to staying in Serie A when he decides future

On-loan Torino goalkeeper Joe Hart says he is enjoying his time at the Serie A club so much that he may stay in Italy next season.

Hart, 29, is on a season-long loan with Torino but will face a decision over his future in the summer, and he has already said he is surplus to requirements at parent club Manchester City.

"I'm really enjoying my time here, with the fans and the new culture," Hart said at the opening of a new sports store in Turin's city centre. "I'm really happy about the welcome I have been given. There's nothing I don't like here -- the coach, the league, the fans. I'm very grateful for them and I appreciate them a lot.

"Certainly when it comes to deciding my future, this is something very important that I will bear in mind. Definitely I will consider everything when I decide. I have a load of positive things from my experience here."

Hart has played 26 times in Serie A this season and the 42 goals he has conceded mean Torino have the fifth worst defence in the league. However, they also have Serie A's top goalscorer in Andrea Belotti, who Hart has tipped to become one of the best in the business.

"He's a great person also because he's always looking to improve and never settle for anything," Hart said. "Obviously I don't know what his future will be, but he's certainly focused on doing well and he's definitely ready for the biggest stage."
