Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado has secured a return to Juventus on a loan deal running until 2019.
Cuadrado's return to Italy has been completed after prolonged talks between Chelsea, Juventus and the player's agent Alessandro Lucci, despite manager Antonio Conte's attempts to convince him to stay at Stamford Bridge.
Juve will pay a loan fee of €5 million a season, though they have the right to sign the player outright for a total fee of €25 million. A further €4 million is payable in add-on clauses.

Juve said in a statement on Wednesday: "Juventus Football Club can today confirm that an agreement has been reached with Chelsea for the loan of Juan Guillermo Cuadrado Bello until 30 June 2019, for an annual consideration of €5 million.
"Juventus has the right to acquire the player on a permanent basis, or will be obliged to upon the achievement of agreed team results during the loan period, for a fee of €25 million, payable in three financial years, minus the loan fees already paid.
"Should Juventus achieve certain sporting results during the player's contract of employment, the club will owe Chelsea an additional €4 million in contingent payments."

The Colombian moved to Chelsea from Fiorentina for around £26m in February 2015 but made just four starts under Jose Mourinho before joining Juventus on a season-long loan last August.
He made 40 appearances and scored five goals in all competitions as Juve claimed a fifth successive Serie A title.
Cuadrado has not featured in any of Chelsea's opening three Premier League matches, with Conte saying he was waiting for clarity on the player's future.
Pedro Rodriguez and Victor Moses will provide cover for Eden Hazard and Willian on the flanks for Chelsea this season after Christian Atsu was allowed to leave for Newcastle on a season-long loan.
