Crystal Palace have signed Chelsea forward Loic Remy on a season-long loan deal.
Remy, 29, has not made a competitive appearance under new Chelsea boss Antonio Conte and will spend the campaign at Selhurst Park, where he will be reunited with his former Newcastle boss Alan Pardew.
Remy arrived at Palace's training ground on Tuesday to undergo a medical assessment and finalise the details of the move, which reportedly includes an option to make the switch permanent for £12 million next summer.
"This is a very good chance for me and a big opportunity," he told Palace's official website. "It was very important to know Alan Pardew as he is a very good manager and I am happy to be here."

Palace have scored only goal in their three Premier League games this season but had already moved to strengthen their attack with the arrival of Christian Benteke from Liverpool.
They have also signed France goalkeeper Steve Mandanda from Marseille, England winger Andros Townsend from Newcastle and defender James Tomkins from West Ham United.
Pardew said: "Loic has been a target of mine throughout this transfer window and I'm delighted the deal has been done. I brought him to Newcastle so I know what he is capable of and I am convinced he will be a quality addition to our squad as we evolve.
"Loic has international and Champions League experience as well as being a Premier League title winner and is the latest example of the high calibre of players we have brought into the club during this transfer window."

Remy joined Chelsea from Newcastle for a fee of £10.5m in August 2014 and enjoyed a productive first season as backup to Diego Costa at Stamford Bridge, scoring seven goals in 21 Premier League appearances to help the Blues claim the title in convincing fashion under Jose Mourinho.
But as Chelsea's title defence crumbled last season, Remy became disillusioned with a lack of regular first-team football, as well as struggling with a persistent calf injury that saw him fall behind emerging youngster Bertrand Traore in the pecking order.
Remy was close to leaving Chelsea in the winter window, with eventual champions Leicester City interested in taking the Frenchman on loan, while he also received an offer from the Chinese Super League, but the Blues' desire for a sale was frustrated by their striker's reluctance to leave English football.
Summer signing Michy Batshuayi has cemented his position as the preferred understudy to Costa with an impressive start to his Chelsea career, while Conte has also publicly endorsed the potential of academy prospect Ruben Loftus-Cheek to succeed as a Premier League striker.
