Gabigol's future will be decided within the week, the player's agent has told Gazeta Esportiva.

The Santos forward helped Brazil to an historic gold medal in the Olympic football tournament on Saturday, and "holds four offers from big European clubs" according to agent Wagner Ribeiro.

Gabigol, whose full name is Gabriel Barbosa, has been linked with Juventus, Inter Milan and Barcelona among others, with the Catalan club holding first right of refusal on him due to a a clause in their 2013 deal for Neymar.

However Ribeiro wouldn't reveal which specific clubs had tabled an official offer with Santos.

"There are official offers," Ribeiro confirmed on Thursday.

"Santos have received four offers from big European clubs. I'm working on it, and I'll meet with him [Gabigol] to decide his future.

"I can't tell you what the offers are, but I guarantee that you'll know what will happen within the week: whether he'll stay in Brazil or go to Europe."

Speaking a few days ago, Santos president Modesto Roma said that only Juventus and Inter Milan have made offers for the young forward.

"Santos are not interested in selling our players. If the offers arrive, then we'll evaluate them," Roma told Esporte Interactivo.

"Officially we have only received two, from Juventus and Inter. The rest is lies."
