West Ham manager Slaven Bilic: Simone Zaza, Wilfried Bony are options

West Ham manager Slaven Bilic has said he will move for players before the end of the transfer window if "good quality" options are available.

Bilic, without record signing Andre Ayew and Andy Carroll through injury, has been linked with a move for Simone Zaza of Juventus and Manchester City's Wilfried Bony.

He has stressed that any new signing for the Hammers "has to be a good one."

And speaking at a news conference ahead of the Europa League playoff game against Astra Giurgiu on Thursday, he added: "If something good quality wise comes up we are going to act.

"We were linked with Zaza last year. He is a top player, and we will see what happens.

"Bony is also an option because he plays in the position we are looking for."

However, Zaza -- rated at €25 million -- held talks with Bundesliga club Wolfsburg at the weekend and has been linked with a move to Germany following the arrival of Gonzalo Higuain.

Bilic said both Dimitri Payet and Manuel Lanzini would be in contention to face either Astra Giurgiu or Manchester City on Sunday.
