Bayern Munich are close to making Kingsley Coman's loan from Juventus permanent, according to the German club's CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.
Coman, 20, joined Bayern on a two-year loan from Juventus last summer in a deal that included an option for the Bundesliga champions to purchase the France attacker for €21 million.
"The transfer is imminent," Rummenigge was quoted by French paper L'Equipe. "We are more than satisfied with Kingsley's performances."
In his first year at the Allianz Arena, Coman scored six goals and set up a further 12 in 35 appearances in all competitions.
The 20-year-old had already expressed his desire to stay at Bayern earlier this month, telling kicker: "I would like to stay. When I arrived, it was my intention to stay for a longer period. Bayern Munich are one of the best teams in the world and I want to play here for many, many years."
Coman was a member of France's 2016 Euro squad, and came on as a substitute in the final against Portugal, which Les Bleus lost 1-0 in extra time.
