Ex-AC Milan striker Andriy Shevchenko has urged his former club to sign his Ukrainian compatriot Andriy Yarmolenko.
Yarmolenko, 26, plies his trade at Dynamo Kiev but has been linked with a move to the Premier League this summer.
Shevchenko, who scored 127 Serie A goals for Milan, rates the winger highly and believes he could shine at the San Siro.
In a phone interview with Milan Channel, Shevchenko said: "In Ukraine we have Yarmolenko, whom I like a lot.
"He plays wide on the right but he can also play on the left and he will become a good player. I would point Milan to him."
Shevchenko also recommended that Milan should "give [Carlos] Bacca another chance" as "he had a good season and he scored a lot of goals."
Bacca signed for Milan from Sevilla last summer and scored 18 goals in 38 Serie A appearances in 2015-16.
Shevchenko said: "It is difficult to make a judgement on a player coming off a tough season for the team but he started well, and then there was a change in coach."
