Ronaldinho's next move either MLS or China - agent

Ronaldinho won't play in Brazil and is likely to join Major League Soccer or the Chinese Super League, his brother and agent, Roberto Assis, has said.

The 36-year-old former Barcelona and AC Milan star has been without a contract since he played nine matches for Fluminense between July and September of this year after leaving Liga MX side Queretaro. He was reported to be near a new deal with the Brazilian side, but Assis said the former Barcelona forward now is only considering MLS or China.

"We have totally ruled out playing in Brazil," Assis told Brazil site UOL Esporte.  "The most probable destination for Ronaldinho is the American league, the principal one, [Major League Soccer] or the Chinese league."

"The people have been advised that he could return to play for the second semester -- that is within our plans. On the 28th [March] I am going to China and Ronaldinho would be ready to play in the second semester," Assis said.

Ronaldinho won two La Liga titles and the Champions League while playing for Barcelona.
