Lucas Moura would prefer Neymar over Lionel Messi at Paris Saint-Germain

Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Lucas Moura has revealed that he prefers the club to sign his countryman Neymar rather than Barcelona's Lionel Messi.

The Ligue 1 giants have been linked with a blockbuster move for the two stars in the summer, and Moura reckons his national teammate will be a better fit in the French capital.

"PSG to sign Messi? Yes, why not," said Moura on Canal Plus. "Or Karim Benzema, or Robert Lewandowski. But I would prefer Neymar.

"It would be good for the club and for me, even though he plays in the same position as me."

As for his own future, having been linked with a move across Europe to England and Spain, the Brazilian put a stop to all speculations by declaring his intention to remain with Laurent Blanc's side.

"My dream is to spend my whole career in PSG," he said. "I want to win many titles, and later go back to Sao Paulo."

With PSG winning the Ligue 1 title for a fifth consecutive year with eight games left to play, Moura is adamant that there is still plenty of matches worth fighting for, with the Champions League as the main focus for his teammates.

"It is very nice to have won four consecutive league titles. And there is eight games left to play," the Brazilian added.

"We have time to prepare for the Champions League, which is our sweetest dream."

PSG will entertain Manchester City in the first leg of their quarterfinal tie on April 6 at the Parc des Princes before heading to England for the second leg on April 12.
