Former Barcelona sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta says Neymar is "very, very, very happy" at the Camp Nou, amid reports of a possible package worth €400 million being planned to tempt the Brazil captain to Real Madrid.
Zubizarreta was at Barca when Neymar, 23, joined from Santos two-and-a-half-years ago in a deal which remains controversial, with the price paid having grown to around €100 million.
Talks are expected soon to discuss the forward extending his Barca contract, which currently runs until June 2018, although both parties appear to be waiting to see the outcome of the ongoing court investigation into the complex transfer from the summer of 2013.
Asked about the situation on Cope radio show El Partido de las 12, Zubizarreta said: "I believe Neymar is very happy at Barca. Very, very, very happy at Barca."
Last summer, it was Manchester United who were reported to be trying to take Neymar away from the Catalan club.
However, more recently there have been claims that Madrid president Florentino Perez has made contact with Neymar's father to discuss a move between the two La Liga giants, which would be similar to Luis Figo's switch in 2001.
Sport has claimed on its front cover that Perez is willing to pay the €190 million release clause and offer Neymar €35 million-a-year over six years as current Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo's powers are waning.
"Florentino tempts the 'crack' [star] with a dizzying offer, plus €30 million signing on fee, which the player will not even listen to," the Catalan daily claims.

Hearings in a Spanish court case brought by third-party investors DIS into Neymar's transfer are due to take place as planned next week after the judge did not accept a request by Barca president Josep Maria Bartomeu to postpone the hearings to a later date.
Bartomeu is expected to give evidence in front of Spain's National Court on Feb. 1, with Neymar and his father to follow on Feb. 2.
Ex-Barca president Sandro Rosell, former vice-president Javier Faus and Santos chiefs past and present, Odilio Rodriguez and Luis Alvaro de Oliveira, are also expected to be called to appear in front of the judge.
