Juventus star Alvaro Morata: There has been no contact with Real Madrid

Alvaro Morata has again stressed that he is committed to Juventus amid more reports suggesting that he could return to his former club Real Madrid.

Morata, who scored 15 goals for the Serie A champions last season -- including two against Madrid in the Champions League -- played down new claims that he could move in the winter window.

He joined the Bianconeri last year in a deal that saw Real retain a right to buy him back for a fixed sum during his five-year contract.

"The only thing that interests me is to play as much as possible at Juventus and win titles," the Spain international told La Gazzetta dello Sport. "Whatever is said or not said is not my problem.

"I know I need to improve. I have not had my usual performances, and so far have not been at my best level.

"I must get over it because I am only 23 and I think I can improve. I am fine where I am and do not think about [joining] another club. There has been no contact with Real Madrid."

Juventus, only seventh in Serie A after a difficult start to the season, face a Milan side two points ahead of them next weekend.

Morata said that match would be crucial, adding: "It is like a final due to our current standing. It is our Clasico."

Last month, the forward had dismissed Madrid links, saying: "There are some things that are worth more than a simple clause, such as a person's happiness."
