Juventus confirm Kingsley Coman to leave amid Bayern Munich links

Kingsley Coman appears set to join Bayern Munich after Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri confirmed he is set to leave.

France under-21 international Coman, 19, joined Juve from Paris Saint-Germain last summer but is now set for a move to the Allianz Arena.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reported on Saturday that Coman, whose Juve contract runs until 2019, was set to join Bayern on a loan deal with an option to purchase the player for €25 million.

Speaking at a news conference on Saturday, Juve boss Allegri told reporters: "Coman will be leaving the club. He wanted to go."

He added: "I think it is a good transfer operation. He played a little last season and it's only right that he moves on if he didn't feel ready to fight for his place here.

"If he does well in future, it will also be thanks to Juventus."

Coman made 20 appearances for Juve last season in all competitions and will increase Pep Guardiola's options amid continued concerns over the fitness of Franck Ribery.

Allegri also said Chile international Mauricio Isla, linked with Sevilla earlier this summer, is set to leave.

However, he confirmed that Italy striker Simone Zaza will remain in Turin.

Juve bought Zaza back from Sassuolo in July but he was set to join West Ham on loan before the Italian champions pulled the plug on the deal.

Allegri said: "Zaza will not be leaving the club. He's an important player, an international one at that, and needs to develop."
