Manchester City set to sign Enes Unal from Bursaspor

Manchester City have reached an agreement to sign striker Enes Unal from Bursaspor, the Turkish club's president has said.

Bursaspor president Recep Bolukbasi told Lig TV that Turkey international Unal, 18, was set to travel to England once the work permit procedure had been completed to undertake a medical.

He said the fee would be around €3 million plus a 10 percent sell-on clause.

Unal's agent, Batur Altiparmak, also confirmed the deal, telling Turkish-football.com: "An agreement in principle has been reached. Bursaspor have given Enes permission to join Manchester City and undergo a medical."

Unal, who was also linked with Chelsea, made his senior international debut in a friendly against Luxembourg in March.

He had made his Bursaspor debut in the Europa League in August 2013 at 16 years old and then scored on his Turkish Super Lig debut against Galatasaray the following month, becoming the division's youngest ever goal scorer.

He has scored four goals in 35 league games for Bursaspor.
