Southampton midfielder Victor Wanyama has been quoted as saying "it would be nice to move to Arsenal."
Wanyama, 23, has been linked with a transfer to Arsenal having impressed for Southampton since joining the club from Celtic in 2013.
In April, the midfielder denied telling The Sun newspaper that Gunners manager Arsene Wenger wants to sign him this summer.
But speculation has resurfaced regarding a switch after the Daily Mail quoted the Kenya international as telling Kenyan TV that he is open to a switch to Emirates Stadium.
"It would be nice to move to Arsenal," he said. "But at this moment such decisions can only be made by Southampton and that is where my concentration as a player is."
Wanyama made 32 Premier League appearances for Southampton this season, scoring three goals, as the club finished seventh and qualified for the Europa League.
