Scott Chaplain's first-half double helped 10-man Albion hold on to win 4-1 at East Stirling. Mark McGuigan put the visitors into an early lead and it was doubled after quarter of an hour, when Chaplain fired across goal and past Richard Barnard.

David McKenna pulled one back for the home side from the penalty spot before Chaplain found space in the box to slot in his second of the match.

The Wee Rovers' Jamie Pollock was dismissed before the interval for abusive language and East Stirling nearly capitalised...

Scottish League Two's bottom club Elgin finally won a league game for the first time since August as they clinched a 3-2 victory at Montrose.

The visitors started well and deservedly went ahead after 16 minutes when Dennis Wyness pounced inside the penalty area following a Brian Cameron free-kick. It got even better for Elgin seven minutes later when Ross Graham headed the ball into his own net to double the lead for Jim Weir's team.

Berwick and Queen's Park shared the spoils after a goalless Scottish League Two stalemate at Shielfield Stadium.

The hosts applied plenty of pressure in the first half but could not make the breakthrough as Steven Notman and Paul Willis went close without scoring.

Queen's Park had a penalty appeal turned down soon after the break following a clash between John Carter and Berwick keeper William Bald, while fine defensive work from Bryan Wharton denied the Borderers a tap-in after 68 minutes.

Annan consolidated their place in the Scottish League Two play-off places courtesy of a 2-1 victory over Clyde.

Clyde pulled themselves level after 32 minutes when David Sinclair left Jake Gemmell with no chance after finding himself in space at the edge of the box.

Josh Todd scored what proved to be the winner on the hour...

Simon Murray hit a hat-trick as Arbroath cut loose in a 5-1 win over 10-man East Fife.

Ross Campbell's dismissal early in the second half changed the course of the game and meant that Arbroath went on to a fourth win in a row thanks to Murray's second treble of the season.

He gave the visitors the lead in the 10th minute when he latched on to Jordon Lowton's pass before rounding the goalkeeper and finishing coolly.

Craig Johnstone conceded a penalty shortly afterwards, allowing Jon McShane to level...
