Ross Gilmour scored with East Stirling's only shot of the game as their smash-and-grab performance saw off Arbroath 1-0.

The Red Lichties dominated the game at Gayfield Park, peppering their visitors' goal with over 20 shots, but it was Gilmour's that mattered as he shot home from close range just after the hour-mark.

It was the Shire's only foray into their hosts' area as Arbroath were dominant throughout.

Paul McManus, Bobby Linn and Simon Murray all had good opportunities in the first half but could...

Four goals from Nathan Austin helped East Fife to a 5-3 win against Elgin in an enthralling match in Scottish League Two.

Striker Austin broke the deadlock in the 25th minute after goalkeeper Ross Laidlaw parried Sean Dickson's shot into his path.

He added a second just two minutes later when he volleyed in trialist Derek Riordan's free-kick.

Austin grabbed his hat-trick in the 35th minute after he headed in Riordan's pinpoint cross to cap a remarkable nine minutes for the 21-year-old.

Clyde recorded back-to-back Scottish League Two victories after edging out Annan 1-0 at the Broadwood Stadium.

The visitors created the first chance of the match when midfielder Rabin Omar's header was tipped over the crossbar by goalkeeper Alan Martin.

At the other end a scramble in the Annan box ended with keeper Jordan Hart pushing Brian McQueen's looping header onto the woodwork.

Clyde took the lead on the stroke of half-time when Mark Roberts broke free in the box to head in Paul Slane's cross.

East Fife kept up their push for a play-off spot after coming from behind to beat Annan 2-1 in Scottish League Two.

Midfielder Ross Brown should have put the hosts in front early on but he somehow blazed over from eight yards.

Annan took the lead after 27 minutes when Steven Logan volleyed in striker Peter Weatherson's knock-down.

Fife wasted another guilt-edged opportunity eight minutes later when Nathan Austin hit a post from close range.

However, Austin atoned for his miss after 67 minutes with a...

Kevin Nesbit scored twice on his debut as East Stirling beat Queen's Park 3-1.

The hosts opened the scoring in the 12th minute when Nesbit swept the ball past Queen's Park goalkeeper William Muir from the middle of the box.

The Spiders were awarded a penalty in the 40th minute when Conor Greene fouled Paul Woods in the box but Jordan Moore's spot-kick was saved by Richard Barnard, giving the Shire the advantage at the break.

East Stirling went 2-0 up in the 66th minute when David McKenna nodded in from...
