Stranraer are able to field goalkeeper David Mitchell and defender Barry Russell against visitors Albion Rovers.
The duo's suspensions for their dismissals in Saturday's 4-0 defeat from Morton are being served in the league meaning they are eligible when Rovers visit.
Steven Bell, who has an injured ankle, is the only absentee for the Blues, with manager Stephen Aitken asking his side to show their powers of recovery against the Coatbridge men.
Aitken said: "David's dismissal came early and changed the entire game. It then became a long afternoon for the players and we need to lift a few heads to face Albion Rovers. Getting through to the quarter-finals would be a great recovery."
Albion Rovers player-manager Darren Young has a fully fit and suspension-free squad as they look to bounce back from losing 1-0 to Arbroath on Saturday.
Young reckons that there will be no hangover following their Gayfield defeat.
He said: "The game on Saturday became a bit of a lottery due to the wind. The only other game we had lost this season was lost on penalties so we can get over it quickly.
"Stranraer have very good strikers in their team and they will need to be kept quiet. However, we have good players as well but we can go there and win."
