Jorge Sampaoli is the only candidate for the vacant Argentina coaching position, Argentine Football Association (AFA) president Claudio Tapia says.
The field for the South American championship has traditionally been 12 teams, but that standard was broken last year with 16 teams playing in 2016.
The audit released by Ernst & Young says $128.6 million was put in personal, suspicious or unauthorized accounts between 2000 and 2015.
Argentina have unanimously chosen Edgardo Bauza's successor but refused to name their choice "out of respect."
Sevilla coach Jorge Sampaoli says he is not aware of reports that a meeting took place in Barcelona between his lawyer, Fernando Baredes.
"If Sevilla lose because their rival played better, that is down to the manager's failure, not because of [potential] contracts," Sampaoli said.
