Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Toni Kroos have been rested by Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane for the game at neighbours Leganes on Wednesday.
The Liga leaders have given the trio a night off amid a heavy schedule of nine games in 28 days that includes Saturday's derbi at home to Atletico Madrid, the Champions League quarterfinal against Bayern Munich and the Clasico against Barcelona.
Ronaldo is one booking away from picking up a suspension for five yellow cards.
Germany international Kroos has featured regularly in recent weeks, while Bale is still not 100 percent match fit following an ankle injury.

Speaking to ESPN FC this week, Leganes president Victoria Pavon had voiced her hope that Ronaldo might be rested for the game.
Madrid right-back Dani Carvajal, born in Leganes, has been named in the squad despite also being one yellow card away from a suspension.
