Sergio Ramos back in Real Madrid training ahead of Shakhtar clash

Sergio Ramos has handed Real Madrid a fitness boost ahead of their Champions League clash against Shakhtar Donetsk after returning to full training on Monday.

Ramos, 29, trained alone on Sunday after having to be withdrawn in the second half during Saturday's 6-0 win over Espanyol.

However, the Spain international was seen back alongside his teammates training as normal during Madrid's latest session.

Four Castilla players were promoted by Rafa Benitez to train with the first team on Monday, with Martin Odegaard, Mariano, Abner and Marcos Llorente all taking part.

James Rodriguez and Danilo, meanwhile, are continuing their recoveries from their respective injuries.

Madrid kick off their Champions League campaign against Shakhtar on Tuesday, having also been drawn alongside Paris Saint-Germain and Malmo in Group A.
