QPR's Nedum Onuoha left with huge cut after Steven Caulker collision

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger and QPR boss Chris Ramsey react to the Gunners' 2-1 win in the Premier League.

Queens Park Rangers defender Nedum Onuoha was left with a horrific cut following an on-pitch collision with teammate Steven Caulker.

Onuoha and Caulker collided during QPR's 2-1 defeat to Arsenal on Wednesday, with the pair clashing heads while both attempting to win a header.

Onuoha -- who was making his first start following a return from a hamstring problem -- was forced off after the incident, although the extent of the injury he suffered was unclear at the time.

Nedum Onuoha was forced to be substituted after colliding with QPR teammate Steven Caulker.

QPR teammate Shaun Wright-Phillips, however, soon shed some light on the issue when posting a picture on KICCA of the cut the defender was left with afterwards.

"Wish big chief all the best and it goes back to normal," Wright-Phillips added alongside the picture.

QPR have yet to confirm for how long the cut will leave Onuoha sidelined.
