Paraguay line up Scandanavian friendlies

England's World Cup opponents Paraguay will play friendlies against Norway and Denmark prior to the finals in Germany.

The Paraguayan Football Association (AFP) confirmed the fixtures as part of the team's build-up to the tournament in Germany in which they will face another Scandinavian opponent, Sweden, in the group stage.

Paraguay will meet Norway on May 24 and Denmark three days later, with both games taking place in Austria.

The AFP have already organised fixtures against Wales on March 1 and Mexico on March 29.

Paraguay have been drawn in Group B for the World Cup, along with England, Sweden and Trinidad and Tobago.
