Goalkeeper Julio Cesar (back) should be fit to return to QPR's squad for their Boxing Day home game against West Brom.

Full-backs Nedum Onuoha and Armand Traore are doubtful due to hamstring injuries.

Park Ji-sung (knee) is another player sidelined, while strikers Andrew Johnson (knee) and Bobby Zamora (hip) remain absent.

Boss Harry Redknapp is unsure whether he will pick Jose Bosingwa again after the admitting he was "disturbed'' by the right-back's refusal to sit on the bench against Fulham.

Bosingwa, a Champions League winner with Chelsea last season, was fined two weeks wages (£130,000) the Saturday before last when he stormed out of Loftus Road after being told he would not be in Redknapp's starting XI.

The R's manager launched in to a scathing tirade against the player, and other under-performing members of his squad, after the news of Bosingwa's actions emerged at the weekend, calling them "average'' and over-paid.

And Redknapp did not hold back in his criticism of the Portuguese defender on Monday, saying: "It disturbed me when a player doesn't want to sit on the bench when you are bang in trouble.

"We are all in trouble. The owner and the fans see their team losing every week and suddenly you get someone who doesn't want to sit on the bench.

"He said: 'I don't want to sit on the bench.' He thinks he is too good to sit on the bench. That is what disturbs me in this game.

"I have seen one or two incidents that have disturbed me.''

West Brom's Youssouf Mulumbu is available after suspension.

The midfielder was unavailable for the weekend home win over Norwich after incurring five bookings this season.

Baggies boss Steve Clarke will check on the fitness of defender Steven Reid (ankle) and midfielder Claudio Yacob (hamstring) before finalising his side.

Zoltan Gera hopes West Brom can reap the benefits of being in a more relaxed frame of mind after ending their mini slump.

Midfielder Gera scored Albion's opening goal in their 2-1 win over the Canaries - their first in five games after climbing at one stage to third spot in the Barclays Premier League.

The Hungary international knows questions were starting to be asked of Steve Clarke's side but is hopeful they can now regain momentum and sustain a push for a top-six spot.

Gera said: "We lost three games in a row, then drew against West Ham, and finally we've won.

"If you're losing games or drawing then people will ask questions, but that's normal.

"In every team, every single side, there will be frustrating times. Hopefully that's in the past now.

"Maybe we can relax a bit now - and maybe we can win more games.

"We have lost to good teams in recent weeks but we feel much better after winning. We have 30 points and we just want to win more games.''

Gera, who netted his fourth goal of the campaign against Norwich, added: "Is the top six a realistic target? You never know, it's very tight in the top 10.

"If we can finish higher than last season (10th) then everyone will be happier.''
