Shanghai Shenhua would like to bring Carlos Tevez to the Chinese Super League.

New Shanghai Shenhua coach Gustavo Poyet has confirmed that the club are negotiating with Boca Juniors striker Carlos Tevez for the upcoming season over a deal worth a reported €40 million per season.

Poyet told ESPN Sports Center in Argentina that "it would be a pleasure to have him for the next season."

Former Manchester United, Manchester City and Juventus forward Tevez returned to Boca, his boyhood club in Argentina, in 2015.

Inter Milan's Fredy Guarin completes move to Shanghai Shenhua

Fredy Guarin, middle, has managed just one goal in 16 games for Inter this season.

Fredy Guarin has completed his move from Inter Milan to Shanghai Shenhua, according to the coach of the Chinese club, Gregorio Manzano.

The Spanish coach published a picture of Guarin with a pen in his hand and a contract on the table, saying "let's give a welcome to our new player Fredy Guarin at Shanghai Shenhua, whom he joins with enthusiasm and desire."

Inter Milan president Erick Thohir has backed Roberto Mancini to turn around the club's fortunes after a difficult season.
