Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak has said he believes his performance in the 3-1 Coupe de la Ligue win over Lille on Wednesday was his best since arriving at the club.
Krychowiak played the full 90 minutes as Lucas Moura's double and a Jese Rodriguez goal put the holders into the quarterfinals.
Speaking to journalists after the match, the Poland international said: "Personally, I think it was my best performance since I arrived in Paris.
"I felt good physically and when on the ball. I am absolutely at 100 percent now, and I enjoyed being on the pitch.
"I know very well that everything depends on hard work. I am optimistic looking ahead."
Krychowiak said teammate Marco Verratti had helped him to shine, adding: "We understand each other very well and it is easier on the ball when he is around."
Unai Emery's team have been drawn at home to Metz in the last eight.
