Angel Di Maria, Layvin Kurzawa and Javier Pastore out for PSG vs. Lyon

Paris Saint-Germain will be without Angel Di Maria, Layvin Kurzawa and Javier Pastore for the Ligue 1 clash with Lyon on Sunday.

The French champions' coach Unai Emery confirmed in his prematch news conference at Camp des Loges on Saturday that the trio will stay in Paris and not make the trip to Parc OL because of their respective injuries.

"Layvin trained with the squad this morning but he will not be with us in Lyon," Emery told journalists. "Angel started the session and did 30 minutes but had to stop because he was not 100 percent. We feel it is better he stays here for this one. Javier will not be there either, he will remain with the physiotherapist."

Kurzawa has been struggling with a groin problem for some time now after first developing it on international duty with France. while Di Maria suffered a thigh injury in last Saturday's 2-0 home win over FC Nantes and Pastore picked up a knee issue in that same match.

Joining those three will be Adrien Rabiot, who is expected to miss the rest of 2016 after suffering a thigh muscle tear when making his senior debut for France in the recent 0-0 friendly draw with the Ivory Coast in Lens.
