Juventus midfielder Felipe Melo has joined Galatasaray on loan.
Melo, 28, has been regularly been linked with a move away from the club since joining from Fiorentina in 2009. The Brazil international said this week that he had "received an offer from Europe that will vastly improve my salary".
Galatasaray confirmed on Thursday on their official website that talks had begun over the player, and after positive talks it was agreed that Melo would head to Turkey on loan.
Galatasaray will pay three instalments of € 1.5 million to Juventus while they have an option to secure his signature on a permanent basis for €13 million.
