Teams will be allowed to bring on a fourth substitute in extra time from the first round of the FA Cup this season, the FA has announced.
National League side AFC Fylde will host 2013 FA Cup winners Wigan in the second round of the competition.
Woking earned an FA Cup first-round replay against Bury, while League Two side Accrington will also have to play National League club Guiseley again.
