Man United's Ashley Young attracting interest from Prem quartet - sources

Manchester United winger Ashley Young is a transfer target for Everton, West Bromwich Albion, Watford and Swansea, sources close to the Red Devils have told ESPN FC.

Young has found his first-team chances limited so far this season under Jose Mourinho, making just seven appearances in all competitions for United.

The 31-year-old has made just two starts in the Premier League this term and Everton, West Brom, Watford and Swansea are all monitoring his situation at Old Trafford.

Young has played in defence and midfield for United in recent seasons, with his versatility making him an attractive proposition for suitors.

United boss Mourinho is planning to reshuffle his squad in January and could cash in on Young and others to raise funds for new signings.

Sources have told ESPN FC that Young is happy at United, but would consider a move away in search of regular first-team football if he is told he can leave Old Trafford.

Young joined United from Aston Villa in 2011 and has gone on to make over 140 appearances for the club.
