Man City's Bacary Sagna sidelined three weeks with hamstring injury

Manchester City full-back Bacary Sagna has been ruled out for three weeks after suffering a hamstring injury with France.

Sagna was substituted after pulling up in the first half of France's 4-1 win over Bulgaria on Friday.

And the Premier League club confirmed that the defender had suffered a hamstring pull and is likely to return in early November.

However, there was better news for Sergio Aguero, who declared himself fit to play for Argentina on Tuesday despite coming out of last week's game in Peru with a calf problem.
