Sergio Aguero suffers injury for Manchester City at Crystal Palace

Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero limped off in the first half of his side's Premier League match at Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Aguero, 27, suffered a suspected knee injury following a challenge from Palace defender Scott Dann, who was subsequently booked.

The Argentina international tried to run off the problem but was unable to do so and was duly replaced with £54 million signing Kevin De Bruyne on 25 minutes.

Aguero's substitution will be cause for concern for manager Manuel Pellegrini ahead of Tuesday's Champions League game at home to Juventus.

The striker, who has one Premier League goal to his name so far this season, was seen on the bench with ice on the injury.

City, having enjoyed a 100 percent start to the campaign, were also without David Silva and Raheem Sterling at Selhurst Park.
