Atlanta United is expecting midfielders Miguel Almiron and Chris McCann to return from injury for Sunday's home match against Toronto FC.

"It's probable that him, as well as Chris McCann, will be back for the next game," Atlanta boss Tata Martino said on Sunday.

On Wednesday, Almiron, 23, posted "I'm back!" on his Instagram account, possibly confirming his return to the team.

I'm back 🤙🏻⚽️ El tiempo de Dios es perfecto 🙏🏻

A Paraguay international, Almiron had been out since late September when he was diagnosed with a left hamstring injury.

McCann was also hampered by a hamstring injury that he suffered in United's 3-2 loss to Minnesota United on Oct. 3.

Playing in their first MLS season, expansion Atlanta are in fourth place in the Eastern Conference standings.

They have already clinched a playoff berth.
