The New York Red Bulls haven't scored a goal in their first two games and are looking to break their duck in Harrison tonight. They face a Houston Dynamo team who has scored the most goals in MLS history after two games. (3:54)

Felipe scored from the top of the box in the 77th minute to tie the game and added on a free kick in the 83rd to give the New York Red Bulls a stunning 4-3 victory over the Houston Dynamo.

Sacha Kljestan and Mike Grella also scored as the defending MLS Supporters' Shield winners avoided their first 0-3 start since 1998, when the team was known as the MetroStars.

Will Bruin scored two first-half goals for the potent Dynamo, while Brazilian midfielder Alex added the other in the 65th minute to give Houston a 3-2 lead.

The Red Bulls were shut out by Montreal and Toronto in the first two games, but they found their offense in this one with Felipe scoring on brilliant strikes from about 20 yards.

Ricardo Clark had a chance to tie the game for Houston in injury time but his point blank shot from in the box hit New York defender Sal Zizzo in the face and was cleared.

Gyasi Zardes scored two goals early in the second half as LA Galaxy beat 10-man San Jose 3-1 in the season opener of the California Clasico rivalry.

Jelle Van Damme headed the ball across the front of the goal and Zardes finished with a toe punch in the 56th minute. He then doubled the lead six minutes later with an opportunistic stab at Kip Colvey's errant clearance attempt.

Robbie Keane capped the scoring with a penalty kick for the Galaxy in the 91st.

The Earthquakes went down a man in the third minute of first-half stoppage time when Simon Dawkins was sent off for a lunging tackle on Sebastian Lletget.

Fanendo Adi scored twice in a four-minute span late in the second half to help Portland salvage a 2-2 draw with Real Salt Lake.

In the 79th minute, Dairon Asprilla chipped a shot toward goal that ricocheted off the crossbar and fell to Adi six yards from the goal. Adi volleyed it in for his second score of the season.

Four minutes later, Jamison Olave was ejected for apparently elbowing Adi in the face, and Adi scored on the ensuing penalty.

Adi has scored twice in 10 of 18 games since joining Portland in 2014.

Real Salt Lake finished with nine players.

Joao Plata got his third goal of the season for RSL (1-0-2) in the 16th minute, but then RSL captain Kyle Beckerman was issued a red card 15 minutes later after a sliding tackle on Adi, reducing the visitors to 10 men.

Mauro Diaz opened the scoring in the 79th minute, Maximiliano Urruti added a fast-break finish in the 87th and FC Dallas beat the Montreal Impact 2-0 on Saturday night.

Diaz scored on a free kick from a few yards to the right of the penalty arc, hooking it over the wall and into the upper right corner of the goal.

Tesho Akindele's glancing header redirected goalkeeper Jesse Gonzalez's long ball. Urruti chased behind and sent home a right-footed blast on his first touch from just outside the 18-yard box.

With the late scoring flurry, FC Dallas bounced back from its 5-0 loss to the Houston Dynamo last Saturday.

Both goals came after former Chelsea star Didier Drogba made his 2016 debut for the Impact. He entered as a substitute in the 70th minute.

Pedro Morales scored twice on penalty kicks to give Vancouver its first victory of the season, 2-1 over winless Seattle.

Morales put Vancouver up 1-0 when he scored on a penalty kick in the 10th minute. Morales hit a right-footed shot to the bottom left corner. Christian Bolanos drew a foul on Joevin Jones for tripping in the penalty area to set up the goal.

Seattle midfielder Andreas Ivanschitz powered a left-footed kick to the upper left corner on a free kick from the edge of the box to tie it at 1-1 in the 52nd minute. Dempsey drew a foul on Morales to set up the kick. Morales received a yellow card for the hard foul.

Morales scored his second goal in the 74th minute to make it 2-1 in front of a crowd of 40,012 at CenturyLink Field. Chad Marshall received a yellow card for a slide tackle against Blas Perez in the penalty box to set up Morales' third goal of the season

Matt Lampson had four saves, including a diving stop in the 68th minute, to help the Chicago Fire play Columbus Crew SC to a 0-0 draw on Saturday.

It was the first shutout of the season for Lampson, who came into the game fifth in all of Major League Soccer with 10 saves.

Both teams came up empty after some early opportunities. The Fire had six corners in the first 10 minutes and Columbus had a pair of shots blocked, a couple of offside calls and Federico Higuain came away empty handed on two early shots -- the first of which was saved by Lampson in the 11th.

The Crew got their first corner early in the second half and continued to apply pressure on Chicago, but Tony Tchani's shot in the 54th minute was saved by Lampson and Ethan Finlay's right footer a couple minutes later sailed wide left.

Gilberto Souza Jr.'s attempt from the top of the box in the 62nd -- the Fire's only shot on goal -- was saved by Steve Clark.
