Lyon defender Samuel Umtiti has hinted that not all of the club's players get along, but insists that that will not matter if results improve. Last season's Ligue 1 runners-up have made a slow start to the season and sit in fourth place in the table -- already 10 points behind leaders Paris Saint-Germain. Lyon have also taken just one point from their opening three Champions League group matches against Zenit St Petersburg, Valencia and Gent, meaning the club's participation in the knockout rounds is in doubt. While Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has blamed a serious injury to Ligue 1 Young Player of the Year Nabil Fekir for their problems, there have been rumours that not all is well in the dressing room. Ahead of last week's Champions League clash with Zenit, manager Hubert Fournier and striker Alexandre Lacazette confirmed reports in Le Parisien of a training ground bust-up between Lindsay Rose and Corentin Tolisso. Last Friday new signing Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa opened up on what he termed a "catastrophic" start to the season, saying the team had "difficulty telling each other things." And on Monday, Umtiti, 21, accepted that Lyon would have to work through their differences, although he denied there was an issue between the players that were at the club last season and this summer's fresh arrivals. "There's certainly a problem," he told RMC. "And if there is one, then maybe we'll have to discuss it amongst ourselves. But we really have to look after what happens on the pitch first. "Everyone knows that in a squad, certain players get on better with others. It stops there though. You don't need to read more into it than that. "As long as we rise to the occasion on the pitch, that's the main thing. Outside, whether you get on well with someone or not, that's not important. "I think if we had won games [at the start of the season] this would never have been talked about."
