Liverpool's Sadio Mane is a doubt for this weekend's trip to Burnley after scans revealed he sustained a muscle injury in training, a club source has told ESPN FC. Mane was taken to hospital for tests on his shoulder on Wednesday afternoon after he collided with a player during a training session at Melwood. However, the results of the scan revealed that the 24-year-old has only suffered a muscle injury in the collision and did not dislocate his shoulder, which will serve as a boost to manager Jurgen Klopp. Mane will be monitored by the club's medical staff over the coming days but may miss Saturday's visit to Turf Moor as the Reds take on newly-promoted Burnley. The forward impressed in Liverpool's Premier League opener away at Arsenal on Sunday, scoring a wonderful solo goal in their 4-3 win at the Emirates. Mane made the move to Anfield after completing a £30 million transfer from Southampton in June.
