Greece will be haunted by Karagounis' penalty miss after Szczesny was sent off but they can be heartened by their fightback. Poland will have to work out why they capitulated in the second half, when they should have coasted to victory.

<b>FULL TIME</b> A point apiece and probably the right result. Poland were by far the better team in the opening half and took the lead through Robert Lewandowski, but after Greece went down to ten men it seemed to galvanise them and they fully deserved Salpingidis' equaliser.
