Claudio Ranieri: No pizza as champions Leicester draw at Chelsea

Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri will be celebrating the end of his fairy tale season this evening after a 1-1 draw against last season's champions -- and Ranieri's former-club -- Chelsea, but there won't be pizza this time.

Speaking to Sky Sports Ranieri, who received a guard of honour from his former club before kick off, said: "The emotion is fantastic. It was a good atmosphere and I want to say thank you to our fans and the Chelsea fans. It was amazing.

Ranieri felt it was important for his side to finish the season in the style of league champions, as they were crowned last week, and was happy with his team's performance.

"It was important to finish well and it was a good match," he said.

"Both teams had great chances and well done to the players. They made a lot of sacrifices in the hot weather to keep pressing."

On the secret of his team's success Ranieri said: "Our strength is to be a unit and fight for each other.

"We have to realise what has happened and then look back on our season.

On his planned celebrations, the Italian -- famed for his love of pizza -- said: "No pizza tonight -- our chairman has invited us for dinner."
