Sebastian Giovinco could move abroad from Juventus next summer - agent

Sebastian Giovinco could move abroad when his Juventus contract expires in the summer, but his agent has said he will listen to what the Serie A champions have to offer before making any decision.

Giovinco, 27, is a free agent when his deal with the Bianconeri expires in July and, given his limited opportunities since returning to Turin after a successful loan spell with Parma, appears likely to move on.

Napoli and Fiorentina have both been linked with the player, currently on international duty for Italy, but agent Andrea D'Amico said clubs from outside Serie A have also been making enquiries.

"Right now, they [Napoli and Fiorentina] are just suggestions by the media and Sebastian is relaxed about it all," D'Amico told RAI television. "When he does get to play, he always shows what he is capable of.

"At the moment, we can only talk to Juventus, but in future we will see what the clubs from abroad have in mind."

Despite being named in Antonio Conte's first three squads since he became Italy coach, Giovinco has been a backup to Carlos Tevez, Fernando Llorente and Alvaro Morata at club level.

He has played only four times in Serie A this season, starting two of those games for boss Massimiliano Allegri.

"He just takes on board what the coach decides, also because he has never been one to discuss his coach's choices," D'Amico said. "Like he has said recently, when the moment comes, he will evaluate everything and then we will see."

Giovinco scored 23 times in 70 appearances during a two-season loan spell at Parma and has 18 goals in 127 appearances for the Bianconeri, with whom he began his career in 2006.
