Scotland and England will meet in a November friendly at Celtic Park, the two football associations have announced. Gordon Strachan and Roy Hodgson pit their sides against each other on Nov. 18, with the game a sequel to a thrilling Wembley meeting last August, won 3-2 by England. The match, England's final senior fixture of the calendar year, comes three days after they travel to Slovenia for a Euro 2016 qualifier. It will be the sides' first meeting in Scotland for almost 15 years, since two Paul Scholes goals won the first leg of a Euro 200 playoff. Scotland manager Gordon Strachan told the Scottish FA's official website: "We have enjoyed an encouraging buildup to our UEFA Euro 2016 qualifying campaign, and I am sure the players, the coaching staff and the fans will love the chance to go head-to-head with our oldest rivals again. "Like our supporters, I was really heartened by the performance against England at Wembley and believe we had a great opportunity to record a win we could all have talked about for years. "Now we have that chance again, and I am sure the players and the fans will be even more determined to take it. "The atmosphere at Wembley was incredible and I am sure, with Celtic Park filled with Scotland supporters, it is a game the whole country will look forward to."
