Morata, 21, who has also been linked with moves to Arsenal and Wolfsburg this summer, is on the verge of joining the Serie A champions.

According to Marca, the Spain under-21 international will sign a four-year contract in Turin, with the transfer costing the Bianconeri 22 million euros, while a buy-back clause has been inserted into the deal.

"I'm very happy. This is a new challenge for me," Morata is quoted as saying by the paper.

Morata is expected to travel to Turin within the next few days to undergo a medical, before signing his new contract.

Juve start their preseason preparations on Monday and hope the deal will be tied up by then so the striker can participate in the first session.
