Steven Gerrard has suggested he is leaving LA Galaxy by writing that he will "miss" the city.
The former England captain, whose future is uncertain following Galaxy's MLS playoff defeat last week, posted a picture of himself on Instagram with Los Angeles in the background.
And an emotional caption said: "Special place, incredible view, I will miss you LA. #lalaland."

Gerrard, 36, has been playing in the United States for the past 18 months following his exit from boyhood club Liverpool, and speculation over his future has been rife since Galaxy's penalty shootout defeat to Colorado Rapids.
Galaxy manager Bruce Arena said he hoped that Gerrard would stay in California for another season, while sources told ESPN FC that the former England captain hopes to prolong his playing career.
He has also been linked with a return to the United Kingdom, with Celtic and Newcastle reportedly interested in him, while a homecoming to Anfield has also been heavily mooted.
Gerrard made 19 appearances for Galaxy this season, scoring three goals. He has shown flashes of his Liverpool greatness during one-and-a-half seasons stateside, but the midfielder also dealt with injuries throughout his stay.
He was out for one month between games twice during the second half of this season, returning to play 45 minutes in the playoff game against Colorado last weekend.
