Jurgen Klopp: I don't have a clue where my next job in football will be

Former Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp has said his next job in football does not have to be at "an absolute top club."

Klopp, 48, quit Dortmund after seven years at the end of last season, and has since kept a low profile despite speculation regularly linking him with a string of managerial posts.

Over the weekend, he attended the international Radio Exhibition Berlin (IFA) -- his first public appearance since bringing down the curtain on his time at Dortmund.

Kicker reported him as saying: "I'm not missing anything [about football]. I now have enough time to go in for sports and a healthy diet."

He has been linked with the Bayern Munich job if Pep Guardiola opts to leave the Bundesliga champions in the summer.

But asked what his next move might be, Klopp said: "I don't have a clue. It does not have to be an absolute top club. There are other good projects which are exciting and need help.

"The next year is completely open. I don't know when I will continue. I don't know where I will continue. I only know that I will continue. I will coach a club again."

Earlier this summer, Klopp turned down an offer to join Marseille, while second-tier German club RB Leipzig said they wanted him to take over if they could win promotion to the top flight.
