Genoa defender Ezequiel Munoz is facing around six weeks on the sidelines with a thigh injury.
The Serie A club on Monday confirmed that the 25-year-old Argentinian has suffered a tear in his left thigh muscle during the 0-0 draw with Napoli on Sunday.
There was better news for midfielder Blerim Dzemaili, who was also injured in the match. He will miss the upcoming clash with Frosinone with a thigh strain, but is not expected to be out for long.
