Agent drops case against Blaise Matuidi
Blaise Matuidi's former agent has dropped his complaint against the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder and his new representative.

Jean-Pierre Bernes, 57, was claiming 3.5 million euros from Matuidi, 27, and five million euros from fellow agent Mino Raiola, 46, following the PSG player's decision to end their association in March 2013 and join Raiola.
On Tuesday, however, a court in Paris revealed Bernes, whose contract with Matuidi still had some months to run, had withdrawn his complaint against the pair.
"The war is over," Bernes, who brokered Matuidi's move from Saint-Etienne to PSG in 2011, had said on sport365 recently. "I didn't fight with him, but I think I did a lot for him when he left Saint-Etienne. Things happened and he preferred to go and work with Raiola -- that's a life choice.
"There is an agreement with the player, an agreement that is confidential and which is none of your business. I think everyone has the right to choose with whom they want to work. It's like in a couple: if you want to split, you split. So, a player has the right to change, but sometimes the way it is done is not perfect."
