Kalou hints at Premier League return

Former Chelsea striker Salomon Kalou has put Premier League clubs on high alert after revealing he would “love to go back to England”.

Much has been expected of Salomon Kalou following his arrival from Chelsea
Salomon Kalou played for Chelsea between 2006 and 2012

Kalou has been a hit for French club Lille since signing on as a free transfer last year, scoring ten goals for the Ligue 1 side, but the Ivory Coast international has hinted a return to England is in his future.

“I’d love to go back to England,” Kalou told The Sun. “I spent six seasons there and I am crazy about the Premier League.

“Players’ careers change so quickly - you never know what will happen tomorrow.”

Kalou, 27, won the Premier League, Champions League and four FA Cups during his time with Chelsea.
