This set represents the juxtaposition of politics in Brazil. Prince Harry recently visited an area in Sao Paulo called cracolandia, or "the land of crack." Drug users, many wrapped in dirty blankets, usually lie on the pavement or are slumped on stained sofas. But no one bothers to conceal the main reason they are there -- to sell or use crack cocaine, which is smoked openly. Some tried to get a glimpse of the prince from their hotel room.
Meanwhile, in Santos, the scene inside and outside a municipal theater, where Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff was leading a ceremony for a new development plan in the northeast area of the city:
